The website explains Forge at a high level. It does not itself create a customer contract, guarantee workload eligibility or replace the executed agreements governing any Forge deployment.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Customer-specific capabilities, workload eligibility, security requirements, pricing and commercial terms are confirmed during qualification and contracting.
No performance guarantee
Statements about potential savings, quality, capacity or resource impact are not guarantees of results for any specific customer or workload unless expressly stated in an executed agreement.
Permitted use
You may access and use the public site for legitimate evaluation of Forge and ordinary business communication. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected areas or use the site to transmit malicious content.
Intellectual property
Forge names, branding, site content and proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. No license to Forge proprietary optimization methods is granted by public-site access.
Third-party services
Links or references to third-party providers do not transfer responsibility for their services to Forge. Customer provider relationships remain governed by the customer and the relevant provider terms.
Confidential information
Do not submit confidential, regulated or sensitive enterprise information through public contact channels unless Forge has provided an approved secure method.
Limitation of website reliance
Public-site materials should not be relied on as the sole basis for production, legal, security, regulatory or procurement decisions. Formal representations are contained in executed agreements and approved diligence materials.
